Chandigarh University has been
conferred with National Employability Award 2020 by India’s leading
Employability Certification Company Aspiring Minds. Based on parameters such as
Number of Companies visiting University for campus placements, number of selections,
package offered and performance of students in AMCAT test conducted by Aspiring
Minds, Chandigarh University has been adjudged among the Top Employability
Engineering Institutions in India. AMCAT is a pan-India computer adaptive test
mechanism recognized by more than 700 Multi-Nationals to measure the skill-set
of fresher's in critical areas like communication skills, logical reasoning,
quantitative skills and other domain-specific skills.
Commenting on the endeavor,

Accenture, TATA Motors, Axis Bank, Snapdeal, ITC and other Banking &
Financial Institutions, IT, Automobile and Telecom companies recognize the
scores of AMCAT test and consider them for employability for the fresh
candidates, added Jaspreet Singh.
“In the placement year 2019-20,
more than 691 multi-nationals selected 6617 students during campus placements
which is an endorsement that we at Chandigarh University are preparing them as
per the requirements of the Industry” said Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chancellor,
