 Chandigarh University celebrates the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism

 

Prof. (Dr.) Manpreet Singh Manna, Vice Chancellor Chandigarh University, unfurled the flag on the occasion of 75th Republic Day celebration at the campus. March past parade comprising of NCC Cadets and sports students of Chandigarh University gave salute to the National Flag. Furthermore, a vibrant cultural program showcasing the rich diversity of our nation, followed by a special airshow, was also presented by CU students in honor of Republic Day.



While delivering his address on the occasion, Dr. Manna said, “It is the youth of any nation who holds significant potential in advancing its development and progress. And as India is moving towards becoming a developed nation by 2047, it is imperative for today’s youth to understand their responsibilities and roles so that they can contribute to the progress of the country to the best of their capacities.”
