A talented student from CU's University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (UITHM), Ms Ruchi Wadhwa has secured a Bronze Medal in the highly esteemed Three-Tier Wedding Cake competition at the Incredible Chef Challenge 2023, held during World Food India 2023.
Organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, FICCI, and the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), the Incredible Chef Challenge is a prominent event highlighting exceptional talent within the culinary world. Having competed against some of the top talent within the country, CU Student Ruchi's achievement stands as a testament to her dedication, skill, and passion for the culinary arts.
