CU's Jash Amit Modi Wins Bronze at Asian Youth Table Tennis Championship, Marks Second Consecutive Medal

Chongqing, China – Chandigarh University has added another accolade to its growing list of achievements as student Jash Amit Modi secured a bronze medal at the Asian Youth Table Tennis Championship held in China. This marks Jash's second consecutive medal in this prestigious event, showcasing his consistent performance and dedication to the sport.

Jash played a pivotal role in India's campaign, winning both of his matches in the Team Championship. His contributions were instrumental in securing the team's overall success and have brought pride to both his university and the nation.

This notable achievement follows closely on the heels of other significant international accomplishments by Chandigarh University. Recently, eight CU students from various sports disciplines were selected to represent India at the Paris Olympics 2024 and Paralympics, further highlighting the institution's commitment to fostering athletic excellence. Additionally, CU celebrated the T20 World Cup triumph by alumnus Arshdeep Singh, cementing its reputation as a breeding ground for sports champions.
