CU Campus - Chandigarh University has taken a significant step toward fostering hands-on learning and innovation with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art Hardware Project Lab at the Department of Computer Science Engineering. This advanced facility is designed to empower students with cutting-edge resources, enabling them to develop real-world applications and drive technological advancements.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Kumar Mittal, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academics), Chandigarh University, who led the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside distinguished guests:

  • Prof. (Dr.) Arun Kumar Singh, Chairperson, IEEE Chandigarh Sub-Section, PEC Chandigarh
  • Dr. Satish Kumar, Chief Scientist, CSIR-CSIO, Chandigarh
  • Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Singh Kang, Associate Director, Department of Computer Science Engineering

Following the formal inauguration, attendees were given an immersive experience through live demonstrations showcasing the lab’s advanced infrastructure and its potential applications in research and industry projects. The facility is set to become a hub of experimentation, innovation, and practical learning, providing students with the tools to transform their ideas into reality.
