Chandigarh University welcomes students with week-long orientation; eminent personalities give precious lessons
With an objective to acquaint the new students about their
selected program, the policies, infrastructure and methodology adopted by teachers
and the university, Chandigarh University Gharuan hosted a week-long
orientation program, wherein a number of eminent personalities visited the
campus and interacted with the newly-enrolled students.
The newcomers kicked off their new journeys with exciting
events, interactions and Q&A's with the Management. Padam Shri Dr.
Mylswamy Annadurai, Vice president TNSCST and Chairman, NDRF, and Shri Prakasha
Rao P.J.V.K.S, Director, SPAE Infrastructure, SIPO, ISRO, visited the
University campus and interacted with the freshmen on the opening day and
mentored the students by sharing their knowledge and useful insights on
enhancing their employment-oriented skills.
Like the past years, Chandigarh University invited and hosted
distinguished luminaries from across distinct fields at the campus this year as
well, who not only guided the students with their knowledge, they also took the
time to observe the varsity and share their valuable insights.
