Chandigarh University has added another award to its list of achievements during the prestigious IEEE Delhi Section Student Awards Ceremony 2023 hosted by the IEEE Student Branch of the NorthCap University to acknowledge the efforts and hard work of IEEE volunteers in the Delhi Section for the AY 2022-23.
IEEE Chandigarh University Student Branch
participated in the IEEE Delhi Section Student Awards Ceremony 2023 and
showcased their immense act of teamwork, a high spirit of volunteerism, and
perseverance. The event also observed the reveal of the newly released IEEE
Delhi SAC Mobile App and the IEEE Delhi SAC Newsletter 2022.

During the ceremony, the members of IEEE
Chandigarh University Student Branch bagged several awards, such as the IEEE
Delhi Section Student Network Award, Dr. JK Pal Memorial Award, and the
Outstanding Student Volunteer Award. CU also won the Outstanding WIE Volunteer
Award under the mentorship of Er. Sugandha Sharma (Assistant Dean, Chandigarh
University) this year.
This auspicious event was graced by Prof.
Rachana Garg, Chair of IEEE Delhi Section Student Activities Committee; Prof.
Abdul Quaiyum Ansari, Chair of IEEE Delhi Section; Prof. Prerna Gaur, Director
East Campus NSUT along with other prominent dignitaries.
