 Chandigarh University celebrates 74^th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism

Dr. R S Bawa, Pro-Chancellor Chandigarh University, unfurled the flag on the occasion of 74th Republic Day celebration at the campus. March past parade comprising of NCC Cadets and sports students of Chandigarh University gave salute to the National Flag. The Department of Culture presented a colourful program showcasing the rich diversity of our nation. Pro-Chancellor Dr. Bawa gave honours to achiever students who brought laurels to the university in the field of academics and sports. 

While delivering his address to the students, Dr. Bawa said, “It is the youth of any nation who can contribute big time towards its development and progress. It is important therefore, for today’s youth to understand their responsibilities and role as the nation is moving in the era of Amrit Kaal.”
