The event was aimed at TPP active students from BE CSE-AIT, ME, and MCA 2025 PO, focusing on enhancing their readiness for placement offers.

He discussed the significance of the ELQ (Employability Learning Quotient) in corporate hiring processes, highlighting how students can leverage this knowledge to enhance their employability.Prof. Pardeep Bansal, Executive Director of the Department of Career Planning and Development, addressed the students, stressing the urgency of preparing for the upcoming campus recruitment drives. He highlighted recent trends in corporate recruitment and emphasized the importance of utilizing the department's resources, including customized company-specific sessions, mock placement papers, reference books, and evening remedial classes.
