Chandigarh University registers 5000+ placement offers for 2021 batch; Highest in North India

More than 500 Multinationals conducts virtual campus placements during COVID-19 for 2021 batch   Chandigarh University has once again proved their leadership in campus placements in Northern India by clocking 5000+ job offers for 2021 passing-out batch. The global COVID-19 pandemic seems to have no effect as more than 500 multinational companies conducted virtual campus placement drives for the students of Engineering, MBA, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Bio-Technology, Architecture and other programs. This is stated by Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chancellor, Chandigarh University during a media interaction at Chandigarh.  “As the economy picked-up after lockdown, the companies started rolling out their recruitment process which shifted to online mode this year. Slowdown has no Impact on Campus Placements at Chandigarh University Record 4000 Offers Made During First Phase of Campus Placements for Batch 2020 Students of Chandigarh University have bucked the fears of an economic slowdown as the university has registered record number of recruitments by top notch multinationals during the first phase of campus placements for the batch 2020. More than 4000 offers have been made till date in the first phase of the campus placements for Engineering , MBA, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Media and students of other programs. This was informed by Vice-Chancellor, Chandigarh University, Dr. R.S. Bawa during a media interaction.
