UILS Students Crowned AIU National Moot Court Champions for the 2nd Time

National Moot Court Competition 2022 at Chandigarh University

  Panjabi University Patiala won ‘Vidhigya- National Moot Court Competition 2022’ at Chandigarh University Chandigarh University Gharuan, hosted ‘Vidhigya 2022’, the National Moot Court Competition, under its Law school University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS). The three-day event has participants from 36 universities from 20 states and Union Territories of India, who presented positive and negative consequences ensuing the ‘Right to be Forgotten (Cyber Law)’ within the ambit of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.  Panjabi University, Patiala won the first prize and Punjab University Chandigarh stood as the runners-up. Justice Sandeep Moudgil, Judge Haryana and Punjab High Court, was the chief guest for the occasion, while Prof. (Dr.) Jyoti Rattan, Vice Chancellor Dr. Anand Aggarwal, and Prof. (Dr.) OP Midha, Director UILS Chandigarh University were the other eminent guests.
