New Delhi: Students from the University Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management (UITHM), Chandigarh University, recently achieved success at the Millets Competition during the World Food India event, organized by the Indian Culinary Forum. Sukhminder, a student from the university, won the Gold Medal for his innovative millet-based dish, while Anuj Kumar Singh secured the Silver Medal for his creative culinary presentation.
