ICSSR Recognizes USB Faculty with Grant to Advance FinTech Research for Vision Viksit Bharat@2047

CU Campus - The Department of Commerce at Chandigarh University’s University School of Business (USB) has recently been awarded a ₹12 lakh research grant by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) under the Vision Viksit Bharat@2047 initiative. The grant will fund research focused on advancements in Financial Technology (FinTech), a rapidly evolving field with significant potential for economic and social impact in India. The research project will be led by Dr. Munish Gupta as the principal investigator, with Dr. Nitin Pathak and Dr. Amita Chaudhary joining as key members of the research team. This grant acknowledges the team’s commitment to contributing to the growth of FinTech solutions that align with India’s developmental vision for 2047.
