  Chandigarh University continues its success streak; bags 27 th rank among universities in NIRF 2023 ranking   CU emerges 7 th best university in North India Chandigarh University (CU) continued improving its performance among the public and private universities of the country and secured the 27th spot in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023, released by the Minister of State for Education and external affairs Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, on June 5.     It has emerged as the 7 th best university in North India.
