Chandigarh University students wins 2 Gold medal at Asian Youth Boxing Championship Vishal and Khushi bags the honor for India at Dubai Chandigarh University pugilists Vishal and Khushi with their splendid performance bag the gold medals for the country at the Asian Youth Boxing Championship 2021. The Championship was organized at Dubai from 17 to 31 August 2021. Both the boxers with effective defense techniques and graceful footwork gave a tough fight to their opponents at Asian Youth Boxing championship. Khushi who hails from Patiala district of Punjab is a 2nd-year student of B.A Sports at Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University shines at NIRF Rankings 2021; Moves up the ladder.  The youngest university to be rated by the NIRF, Chandigarh University has once again inclined upwards in the rankings. The Ministry of Education (Government of India) has recently declared the NIRF rankings for 2021. The latest rankings have not only witnessed Chandigarh University improving its ranking consistently in disciplines like Engineering and Management but it also announced the entry of its Architecture and Pharmacy disciplines among the top-rated universities in India by the NIRF.  What is NIRF? The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) is a methodology outlined by the Government of India’s Ministry of Education to rank higher educational institutions in the country.
